Abstract

Secure Industrial Semantic Sensor Cloud (SISSeC) is a collaborative project with companies and universities that have set the common goal of securely recording and processing data from industrial sensors and machines. In this presentation, I will briefly describe SISSeC, introduce the individual project partners, and present the contribution of the Chair of Information Systems I (Prof. Pernul) at the University of Regensburg in more detail. I will provide essential insights into central research aspects, such as Smart Manufacturing, Industrial Internet of Things, and Digital Twins.
